2025 Jeep Gladiator
The 2025 Jeep Gladiator is the only open-air pickup truck in the industry. With a removable roof, doors, and a fold-down windshield, this midsize truck merges classic Jeep styling with modern pickup functionality. The high-strength steel bed delivers practical cargo capacity, while the available three-piece hardtop and soft-top options let you customize your open-air experience.
Building on Jeep's military heritage, the 2025 Jeep Gladiator features design elements that pay homage to its roots while incorporating modern capability. With the water fording depth reaching 31.5 inches, this pickup handles challenging terrain while maintaining everyday usability.
Trim Levels (Exterior)
The Sport trim starts with 17-inch steel wheels and all-terrain tires. Upgrading to the Nighthawk brings 20-inch wheels with all-terrain tires and a premium front bumper with gloss-black accents. The Sport S adds the available Corning Gorilla glass windshield, while the High Tide includes coastal driving features and the standard three-piece removable hardtop. The Willys features 32-inch mud-terrain tires, rock rails, LED headlights, plus hood and tailgate decals.
For desert running, the Mojave comes with FOX 2.5-inch internal bypass shocks, a 1-inch front suspension lift, a Desert Rated badge, and a performance hood with a center scoop. The Rubicon focuses on rock crawling with 33-inch all-terrain tires, FOX shock absorbers, and a Rock-Trac 4:1 low-ratio transfer case with fog lights. The range-topping X variants add a winch-capable front steel bumper and a forward-facing TrailCam for exceptional off-road capabilities.
Engine (Power)
The 2025 Jeep Gladiator features a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine across all trims, generating 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission that adjusts shift points based on current driving conditions for optimal performance.
Performance
When properly equipped, the Gladiator delivers a best-in-class four-wheel-drive payload capacity of 1,725 pounds and can tow up to 7,700 pounds. Ground clearance reaches 11.1 inches.
Rubicon models achieve an 84:1 crawl ratio and include the Rock-Trac heavy-duty part-time four-wheel-drive system with a segment-exclusive 4:1 transfer case. Fuel economy ratings show an EPA-estimated 17 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway.
Interior
A 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration controls the technology features in the Sport S and higher trims. The cabin seats five adults with rear legroom of 38.3 inches. Premium cloth upholstery and directional control for front seats are standard across all trim levels.
The X trims include a 552-watt Alpine Premium Audio System featuring nine speakers and a 12-channel amplifier.
