The 2025 Ram 1500 REV offers five trim levels. The base Tradesman trim has LED headlamps and taillamps, power-folding mirrors, and active grille shutters. The Big Horn/Lone Star adds stylish, larger wheel options and the distinctive “RAM” badge featuring unique "electrified" styling. The Laramie trim has available power running boards and a multifunction tailgate. The luxurious Limited trim offers 22-inch wheels and advanced exterior features. The top-of-the-line Tungsten trim stands out with exclusive design elements and top-tier amenities.

The REV boasts an impressive electric drivetrain with a dual-motor setup, delivering an estimated 654 horsepower and 620 pound-feet of torque. The standard range is an estimated 350 miles when powered by the standard 168-kilowatt-hour battery pack.

The 2025 RAM 1500 REV reaches 0-60 mph acceleration in 4.4 seconds. It offers a towing capacity of up to 14,000 pounds, a maximum payload 2,625 pounds, and up to 24 inches of water fording depth. The adjustable air suspension enhances ride quality and aerodynamics, while selectable drive modes cater to various terrains and conditions. The REV's smart charging port is equipped to handle three different levels of charging, and is capable of charging 110 miles in approximately 10 minutes.

The truck's spacious crew cab comes with premium materials and leather options. A 14.5-inch portrait touchscreen infotainment system and 12.3-inch digital driver information display are conveniently located front-and-center. The available head-up display and Uconnect 5 infotainment system with over-the-air updates ensure a connected driving experience. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and built-in Amazon Alexa integrate personal devices seamlessly with the REV. The available 23-speaker Klipsch audio system delivers an immersive sound experience. The configurable center console offers up to 15 different layouts, while the Ram Charger feature allows for vehicle-to-load capabilities, powering tools, and accessories. The frunk (front trunk) storage area has a power-opening hood.

Ram has equipped the 2025 1500 REV with a comprehensive suite of safety features to protect both driver and passengers.
