A CDJR service uses only official CDJR replacement parts and is performed by CDJR-trained technicians. When your vehicle needs a service, you want the best, and as your CDJR dealer, we provide it. These are a few examples of the services we can provide for your vehicle if you need them. 3 Examples of CDJR Service Offered by Your CDJR Dealer Brake Repair The braking system is subject to pressure, heat, and friction. Combined with environmental factors like heat, water, and even mud, brake components can become worn or damaged and this can cause brake problems. Rusted calipers, brake fluid leaks, and worn brake pads are some types of problems we can fix if necessary. We also provide a brake service, where expert technicians examine all the components in your braking system. The braking system depends on every one of its parts to work correctly, so we check and test everything from the brake master cylinder to the brake pads. If we find any damage, we'll advise you and can then repair the problem during the service. AC Servicing Everyone in Florida knows how welcome the cold air from an AC can be on a hot day. Like any other system in your car, the AC needs to be serviced regularly to work efficiently. Refrigerant, the gas that chills the air before it blows into your car, also needs to be replaced. Strange smells, odd noises from the ducts, and a lack of cold air are just a few of the signs that your AC needs a little help. During an AC service, we check the AC for any signs of leaks using a special UV dye which we feed into the system. We'll also examine the compressor, condenser, receiver/dryer, and evaporator to make sure they're all working correctly. To make sure your AC always provides the cold air every Floridian driver needs in summer, we recommend scheduling a service in spring. Battery Replacement The battery is one of the most essential parts of your vehicle, but it's also one of the shortest-lived. On average, a battery will work well for three to five years and then will need replacement. Its short life is due to the breakdown of the chemicals inside it that enable the battery to store and supply electricity. As the chemicals degrade, the battery slowly loses its electricity storage capacity and ability to recharge. We have the correct battery for your vehicle in stock, and we can quickly and easily replace it when necessary. We also offer a battery testing service that provides a heads-up on your battery's condition and possible remaining life. These are only a few of the huge range of services we have to keep your vehicle in great condition.
